Dreaming of resort-style living and the ability to entertain small family gatherings and large parties for friends and clients, the “lion house” underwent a complete transformation. Landscape designer Will Lehnert of Outdoor Space Design brought us in to help bring the story of this estate to life. Sourcing and installing mature plant life and the installation of a walled courtyard with a unique lion head fountain were essential to provide instant structure and privacy. Beautiful estate-level gardens and seasonal floral displays combine with thoughtful outdoor lighting for ambiance, safety, and a resort feel. A comprehensive site design included lawn areas for games and the reuse of lion statuary in multiple gardens to support the property’s history.
