A private place to entertain large and small groups of family and friends, multi-functional spaces for adults and kids alike, and a luxury feel with beautiful plant life for all seasons were all on the client's list. The entire property was transformed into an outdoor destination, fulfilling every detail of the initial vision. Outdoor dining and casual areas for entertaining include a dedicated patio just outside the wine cellar. A show-stopping brick fireplace with plenty of room for guests and a bluestone and artificial grass pathway leading to the cozy firepit for conversation, every detail of the story, including a tranquil water fountain accentuating the dining area among foliage and flowers, came to life. The final chapter was transforming the front of the house and a driveway expansion to accommodate a growing family and overflow parking for guests.
