Client Relationship Manager
Position Overview
The CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (CRM) is the Maintenance division's primary contact for existing maintenance clients. The CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER communicates contract specifications to the Maintenance Production Manager and works with the Maintenance team(s) to ensure services are performed profitably with high client satisfaction. This position is responsible for the necessary follow-up and follow-through to maintain positive client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain contract renewals with a focus on promoting horticultural best practices and services. The CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER will perform regular property audits and suggest enhancement landscape maintenance services to meet the property's needs, increase client satisfaction, and gain additional revenue for Rine Landscape Group.

Responsibilities
CRM coordinates, conducts, and facilitates client transition from install project to maintenance performance
Provide clients expert advice on plant care, disease prevention, landscape design, and sustainable practices. Make data-driven decisions about plant selection, maintenance schedules, and horticultural services, ensuring clients' outdoor spaces are visually appealing, thriving, and healthy.
Prepares and presents proposals professionally, according to company standards
Ensures all proposals are prepared and approved before being presented to the client
The CRM responds to all client inquiries and requests for proposals promptly.
Maintains record and tracking of all proposals in progress and timely follow-up to maximize sales opportunities. Aggressively pursues all open proposals.
Maintains Aspire database of current, prospective, and past clients to support marketing and sales efforts
Experience and Qualifications
Minimum of two years of field experience in landscape construction, landscape maintenance, horticulture, or a related field.
Formal horticulture education or certification - 2-year or 4-year degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet client needs while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Exceptional organizational and follow-up abilities.
Commitment to ensuring client satisfaction and contract renewals.
Candidate must be proficient in the use of computers and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
