Timeless Oasis

Creating a backyard oasis with the ability to entertain while also making family memories poolside, this German Village backyard underwent a complete transformation. Landscape architect Sue Grant of Jacobs Grant Design Ltd. brought us in to help bring the story of this historic home to life. One beautiful example of honoring the historic nature of the village is the front boxwood parterre scroll; it is incredibly detailed and requires a very high level of precision on installation. The client had a strong interest in environmentally friendly design, which led to the installation of a permeable surface driveway for improved drainage, an intricate network of wiring and conduits concealed below grade, and a custom irrigation system that provides proper custom watering for individual plants and a cutting-edge tech of FX lighting system to give the client complete control of to create the appropriate drama and beauty of their oasis.
